Your membership includes comprehensive pediatric primary care, from newborn visits and annual wellness exams to same-day sick visits, developmental and behavioral screenings, chronic condition management, immunizations, and breastfeeding support. You'll also have direct access to your pediatric nurse practitioner, longer appointments, and secure messaging.

Yes. We know life doesn't always fit a Monday-through-Friday, nine-to-five schedule. Heartbeat Pediatrics offers flexible scheduling, including early morning, evening, and select weekend appointments, helping families get care without disrupting work or school whenever possible.

Absolutely. We provide ongoing care for a variety of chronic pediatric conditions, including asthma, allergies, eczema, ADHD, anxiety, constipation, and obesity. Our goal is to partner with families, monitor your child's progress over time, and personalize care to their unique needs.

By spending more time together, listening carefully, and being available when you need us, we understand your child's history, celebrate milestones, and support your family through every stage of childhood.

Membership is a flat monthly fee based on your child's age, ranging from $99 to $329 per month. Ages 4 to 21 are $99 a month, ages 1 to 3 are $159, ages 3 to 12 months are $199, and newborns up to 2 months are $329 with in-home care. Annual and first-year package options are also available.

Yes. A Heartbeat membership covers your child's everyday primary care, but it is not insurance. We recommend keeping a health plan for things outside our office, like emergencies, hospital stays, imaging, and specialist care. Many families pair our membership with a lower-cost, higher-deductible plan.

In many cases, yes. Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account funds can often be used for Direct Primary Care memberships, though it depends on your specific plan. We're happy to provide documentation, and we recommend confirming with your plan administrator.
